For over forty years, we’ve been a bridge to hope and potential for community. We’ve grown to provide dozens of innovative programs and services to help people at every stage of life. And, we’re always evolving to meet community needs. We play a vital role in helping people thrive, right here in their own community. We’re heading into the next forty years with a new name and renewed passion and potential.

Connexus Community Resources is a registered non-profit social services agency, established in 1977, that provides support, education and empowerment to individuals and families to enhance independence, confidence and wellness, respecting the diversity within our communities. Funding for our programming is received through several federal, provincial, and private organizations and foundations. These include, the Ministry for Children and Family Development (MCFD), Community Living British Columbia (CLBC), BC Housing, the Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC), and the Ministry of Public Safety and Solicitor General.

Accreditation
Connexus is fully accredited through the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF). This accreditation ensures we are meeting internationally developed standards in the provision of quality services and is achieved through an independent, external review to identify strengths and areas for improvement based on objective program expectations and guidelines.
