In October we took part in a site survey by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF). Their visit included interviews with staff, inspections of facilities, and interviews with clients with the goal of assessing the level and quality of care, supports, and services we provide to our communities and ensure that they meet the standards set by this independent organization. Their assessment determines whether we are meeting the needs of our communities, and provides recommendations which raise the bar and help us continue to grow and improve our services and supports.
We wish to thank those who took part in interviews, and for the patience of our clients and communities during the three-day visit.
Last month we received word that we have been issued a 3-year accreditation for the services we provide, which is awarded until June of 2028.
This wouldn’t be possible without a team that is dedicated to providing top-quality care to our clients, who take pride in their work, and truly care about the individuals they serve. It is apparent each day how much our team cares for those they support.
